This issue was patched in ELSA-2019-4518.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream qemu-system-x86-core package and not the qemu-system-x86-core package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

hw/rdma/vmw/pvrdma_main.c in QEMU does not implement a read operation (such as uar_read by analogy to uar_write), which allows attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference).
