How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 thunderbird to version 0:78.7.0-1.0.1.el7_9 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2021-0297.

During the plaintext phase of the STARTTLS connection setup, protocol commands could have been injected and evaluated within the encrypted session. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 78.7.
