How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 thunderbird to version 0:115.10.0-2.0.1.el7_9 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2024-1935.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream thunderbird package and not the thunderbird package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

There was no limit to the number of HTTP/2 CONTINUATION frames that would be processed. A server could abuse this to create an Out of Memory condition in the browser. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 125, Firefox ESR < 115.10, and Thunderbird < 115.10.
