How to fix?

This issue was patched in ELSA-2025-10375.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream tigervnc-server-applet package and not the tigervnc-server-applet package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in the X Record extension. The RecordSanityCheckRegisterClients function does not check for an integer overflow when computing request length, which allows a client to bypass length checks.
