Upgrade Oracle:8 buildah to version 1:1.24.6-7.module+el8.9.0+90044+a34bc939 or higher.

Angle brackets (<>) are not considered dangerous characters when inserted into CSS contexts. Templates containing multiple actions separated by a '/' character can result in unexpectedly closing the CSS context and allowing for injection of unexpected HTML, if executed with untrusted input.
