How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 conmon to version 3:2.1.8-1.module+el8.9.0+90021+ce997450 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-6939.

Templates containing actions in unquoted HTML attributes (e.g. "attr={{.}}") executed with empty input can result in output with unexpected results when parsed due to HTML normalization rules. This may allow injection of arbitrary attributes into tags.
