How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 criu to version 0:3.15-3.module+el8.8.0+21045+adcb6a64 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-2758.

A too-short encoded message can cause a panic in Float.GobDecode and Rat GobDecode in math/big in Go before 1.17.13 and 1.18.5, potentially allowing a denial of service.
