Upgrade Oracle:8 criu-devel to version 0:3.18-5.module+el8.10.0+90948+3b47585b or higher.

Previously, a revoked 'SignatureKey' belonging to a CA was not correctly checked for revocation. Now, both the 'key' and 'key.SignatureKey' are checked for @revoked.
