Upgrade Oracle:8 criu-libs to version 0:3.18-5.module+el8.10.0+90337+0d7b6e74 or higher.

The protojson.Unmarshal function can enter an infinite loop when unmarshaling certain forms of invalid JSON. This condition can occur when unmarshaling into a message which contains a google.protobuf.Any value, or when the UnmarshalOptions.DiscardUnknown option is set.
