Upgrade Oracle:8 delve to version 0:1.25.2-1.0.1.module+el8.10.0+90715+2d4d8dfd or higher.

When processing HTTP/2 SETTINGS frames, transport will enter an infinite loop of writing CONTINUATION frames if it receives a SETTINGS_MAX_FRAME_SIZE with a value of 0.
