Upgrade Oracle:8 go-toolset to version 0:1.19.4-1.module+el8.7.0+20922+47ac84ba or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-18908.

JoinPath and URL.JoinPath do not remove ../ path elements appended to a relative path. For example, JoinPath("https://go.dev&#34;, "../go") returns the URL "https://go.dev/../go&#34;, despite the JoinPath documentation stating that ../ path elements are removed from the result.
