Upgrade Oracle:8 kernel-abi-stablelists to version 0:4.18.0-553.8.1.el8_10 or higher.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

powerpc/powernv: Add a null pointer check in opal_event_init()

kasprintf() returns a pointer to dynamically allocated memory which can be NULL upon failure.
