How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 libgs to version 0:9.25-2.el8_0.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2019-0971.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libgs package and not the libgs package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

It was found that the forceput operator could be extracted from the DefineResource method in ghostscript before 9.27. A specially crafted PostScript file could use this flaw in order to, for example, have access to the file system outside of the constrains imposed by -dSAFER.
