How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 libreswan to version 0:3.29-7.0.1.el8_2 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2020-2070.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libreswan package and not the libreswan package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

An out-of-bounds buffer read flaw was found in the pluto daemon of libreswan from versions 3.27 till 3.31 where, an unauthenticated attacker could use this flaw to crash libreswan by sending specially-crafted IKEv1 Informational Exchange packets. The daemon respawns after the crash.
