Upgrade Oracle:8 libslirp-devel to version 0:4.4.0-1.module+el8.9.0+90021+ce997450 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-6939.

Angle brackets (<>) are not considered dangerous characters when inserted into CSS contexts. Templates containing multiple actions separated by a '/' character can result in unexpectedly closing the CSS context and allowing for injection of unexpected HTML, if executed with untrusted input.
