How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 libsndfile to version 0:1.0.28-10.el8_4.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2021-3253.

A heap buffer overflow vulnerability in msadpcm_decode_block of libsndfile 1.0.30 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted WAV file.
