How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 mingw32-freetype-static to version 0:2.8-3.el8_10.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2025-8292.

A flaw was found in libsoup, where the soup_headers_parse_request() function may be vulnerable to an out-of-bound read. This flaw allows a malicious user to use a specially crafted HTTP request to crash the HTTP server.
