How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 mod_session to version 0:2.4.37-39.0.1.module+el8.4.0+20024+b87b2deb or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2021-1809.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod_session package and not the mod_session package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Apache HTTP Server 2.4 release 2.4.37 and prior, mod_session checks the session expiry time before decoding the session. This causes session expiry time to be ignored for mod_session_cookie sessions since the expiry time is loaded when the session is decoded.
