How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 mod_session to version 0:2.4.37-39.0.1.module+el8.4.0+20372+b87b2deb.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2021-3816.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod_session package and not the mod_session package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

A crafted request uri-path can cause mod_proxy to forward the request to an origin server choosen by the remote user. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.48 and earlier.
