Upgrade Oracle:8 mod_session to version 0:2.4.37-47.0.2.module+el8.6.0+20724+119b489d.2 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-9682.

Apache HTTP Server 2.4.53 and earlier may not send the X-Forwarded-* headers to the origin server based on client side Connection header hop-by-hop mechanism. This may be used to bypass IP based authentication on the origin server/application.
