How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 mod_session to version 0:2.4.37-51.0.1.module+el8.7.0+20778+02173b8e or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-7647.

A carefully crafted request body can cause a read to a random memory area which could cause the process to crash. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.52 and earlier.
