Upgrade Oracle:8 mysql-errmsg to version 0:8.0.36-1.module+el8.9.0+90153+70413b10 or higher.

A vulnerability was found in zstd v1.4.10, where an attacker can supply empty string as an argument to the command line tool to cause buffer overrun.
