Upgrade Oracle:8 nodejs-full-i18n to version 1:12.20.1-1.module+el8.3.0+9643+8c99e187 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2021-0549.

This affects the package npm-user-validate before 1.0.1. The regex that validates user emails took exponentially longer to process long input strings beginning with @ characters.
