How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 ovirt-engine-setup-base to version 0:4.4.10.7-1.0.33.el8 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2024-12701.

A flaw was found in oVirt. A user with administrator privileges, including users with the ReadOnlyAdmin permission, may be able to use browser developer tools to view Provider passwords in cleartext.
