Upgrade Oracle:8 php-opcache to version 0:7.4.33-1.module+el8.8.0+20974+ef7eddfa or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-2903.

In PHP versions before 7.4.31, 8.0.24 and 8.1.11, the phar uncompressor code would recursively uncompress "quines" gzip files, resulting in an infinite loop.
