Upgrade Oracle:8 pki-base to version 0:10.9.4-1.0.1.module+el8.3.0+7857+983338ee or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2020-4847.

In Bootstrap 3.x before 3.4.0 and 4.x-beta before 4.0.0-beta.2, XSS is possible in the data-target attribute, a different vulnerability than CVE-2018-14041.
