NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python39-pyyaml package and not the python39-pyyaml package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

A vulnerability was found in mod_wsgi. The X-Client-IP header is not removed from a request from an untrusted proxy, allowing an attacker to pass the X-Client-IP header to the target WSGI application because the condition to remove it is missing.
