Upgrade Oracle:8 python3-idm-pki to version 0:10.12.0-4.0.1.module+el8.7.0+20845+c5918a27 or higher.

Access to external entities when parsing XML documents can lead to XML external entity (XXE) attacks. This flaw allows a remote attacker to potentially retrieve the content of arbitrary files by sending specially crafted HTTP requests.
