How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 rubygem-mysql2-doc to version 0:0.5.2-1.module+el8.4.0+20235+1e5b8be3 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-0543.

In RDoc 3.11 through 6.x before 6.3.1, as distributed with Ruby through 3.0.1, it is possible to execute arbitrary code via | and tags in a filename.
