Upgrade Oracle:8 tcpdump to version 14:4.9.3-1.el8 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2020-4760.

The SMB parser in tcpdump before 4.9.3 has stack exhaustion in smbutil.c:smb_fdata() via recursion.
