How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 thunderbird to version 0:102.3.0-3.0.1.el8_6 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-6708.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream thunderbird package and not the thunderbird package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

By injecting a cookie with certain special characters, an attacker on a shared subdomain which is not a secure context could set and thus overwrite cookies from a secure context, leading to session fixation and other attacks. This vulnerability affects Firefox ESR < 102.3, Thunderbird < 102.3, and Firefox < 105.
