How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:8 thunderbird to version 0:128.4.0-1.0.1.el8_10 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2024-8790.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream thunderbird package and not the thunderbird package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

In multipart/x-mixed-replace responses, Content-Disposition: attachment in the response header was not respected and did not force a download, which could allow XSS attacks. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 132, Firefox ESR < 128.4, Thunderbird < 128.4, and Thunderbird < 132.
