Upgrade Oracle:8 udica to version 0:0.2.6-20.module+el8.8.0+21045+adcb6a64 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-2758.

Uncontrolled recursion in Decoder.Skip in encoding/xml before Go 1.17.12 and Go 1.18.4 allows an attacker to cause a panic due to stack exhaustion via a deeply nested XML document.
