How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:9 bind-libs to version 32:9.16.23-1.el9_0.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-6763.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream bind-libs package and not the bind-libs package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

By spoofing the target resolver with responses that have a malformed ECDSA signature, an attacker can trigger a small memory leak. It is possible to gradually erode available memory to the point where named crashes for lack of resources.
