How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:9 kernel-abi-stablelists to version 0:5.14.0-70.30.1.0.1.el9_0 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-7318.

It was discovered that when exec'ing from a non-leader thread, armed POSIX CPU timers would be left on a list but freed, leading to a use-after-free.
