Upgrade Oracle:9 kernel-doc to version 0:5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-2458.

When sending malicous data to kernel by ioctl cmd FBIOPUT_VSCREENINFO,kernel will write memory out of bounds.
