Upgrade Oracle:9 linux-firmware to version 999:20230516-999.25.git6c9e0ed5.el9 or higher.

A side channel vulnerability on some of the AMD CPUs may allow an attacker to influence the return address prediction. This may result in speculative execution at an attacker-controlled address, potentially leading to information disclosure.
