How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:9 mysql-server to version 0:8.0.36-1.el9_3 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2024-1141.

A vulnerability was found in zstd v1.4.10, where an attacker can supply empty string as an argument to the command line tool to cause buffer overrun.
