Upgrade Oracle:9 nodejs-nodemon to version 0:3.0.1-1.module+el9.2.0+21169+1d24b6cc or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-5363.

Versions of the package semver before 7.5.2 are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) via the function new Range, when untrusted user data is provided as a range.
