How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:9 podman-plugins to version 2:4.6.1-5.0.1.el9 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2023-6474.

Templates containing actions in unquoted HTML attributes (e.g. "attr={{.}}") executed with empty input can result in output with unexpected results when parsed due to HTML normalization rules. This may allow injection of arbitrary attributes into tags.
