How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:9 python3.12-tkinter to version 0:3.12.13-2.0.1.el9_8 or higher.

When using http.cookies.Morsel, user-controlled cookie values and parameters can allow injecting HTTP headers into messages. Patch rejects all control characters within cookie names, values, and parameters.
