How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:9 rtla to version 0:5.14.0-362.18.1.el9_3 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2024-0461.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rtla package and not the rtla package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in set_con2fb_map in drivers/video/fbdev/core/fbcon.c in the Linux kernel before 6.2.12. Because an assignment occurs only for the first vc, the fbcon_registered_fb and fbcon_display arrays can be desynchronized in fbcon_mode_deleted (the con2fb_map points at the old fb_info).
