How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:9 rubygem-mysql2-doc to version 0:0.5.5-1.module+el9.4.0+90257+8524dee7 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2025-4493.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rubygem-mysql2-doc package and not the rubygem-mysql2-doc package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

In the URI gem before 1.0.3 for Ruby, the URI handling methods (URI.join, URI#merge, URI#+) have an inadvertent leakage of authentication credentials because userinfo is retained even after changing the host.
