Upgrade Oracle:9 skopeo-tests to version 2:1.14.5-1.el9_4 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2024-6195.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream skopeo-tests package and not the skopeo-tests package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

Verifying a certificate chain which contains a certificate with an unknown public key algorithm will cause Certificate.Verify to panic. This affects all crypto/tls clients, and servers that set Config.ClientAuth to VerifyClientCertIfGiven or RequireAndVerifyClientCert. The default behavior is for TLS servers to not verify client certificates.
