There is no fixed version for RHEL:10 mod_proxy_fcgi.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod_proxy_fcgi package and not the mod_proxy_fcgi package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

The handle_headers function in mod_proxy_fcgi.c in the mod_proxy_fcgi module in the Apache HTTP Server 2.4.10 allows remote FastCGI servers to cause a denial of service (buffer over-read and daemon crash) via long response headers.
