CWE-264  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

There is no fixed version for RHEL:10 openstack-nova.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream openstack-nova package and not the openstack-nova package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

The XenAPI backend in OpenStack Compute (Nova) Folsom, Grizzly, and Havana before 2013.2 does not properly apply security groups (1) when resizing an image or (2) during live migration, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended restrictions.
