Upgrade RHEL:6 dbus-glib to version 0:0.86-6.el6_4 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2013:0568.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream dbus-glib package and not the dbus-glib package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:6 relevant fixed versions and status.

The dbus_g_proxy_manager_filter function in dbus-gproxy in Dbus-glib before 0.100.1 does not properly verify the sender of NameOwnerChanged signals, which allows local users to gain privileges via a spoofed signal.
