CVE-2013-4566  (opens in a new tab)
CWE-264  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade RHEL:6 mod_nss to version 0:1.0.8-19.el6_5 or higher.
This issue was patched in RHSA-2013:1779.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod_nss package and not the mod_nss package as distributed by RHEL. See How to fix? for RHEL:6 relevant fixed versions and status.

mod_nss 1.0.8 and earlier, when NSSVerifyClient is set to none for the server/vhost context, does not enforce the NSSVerifyClient setting in the directory context, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions.
