Upgrade RHEL:7 bsdcpio to version 0:3.1.2-10.el7_2 or higher.

The ae_strtofflags function in archive_entry.c in libarchive before 3.2.0 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted mtree file.
