Upgrade RHEL:7 eap7-activemq-artemis-core-client to version 0:2.9.0-4.redhat_00010.1.el7eap or higher.

The getLocalePrefix function in ResourceManager.java in Eclipse Mojarra before 2.3.7 is affected by Directory Traversal via the loc parameter. A remote attacker can download configuration files or Java bytecodes from applications.
